Our live-streamed work-outs are like having your own personal trainer with you wherever you are – your bedroom, your basement, your back garden, a hotel room, on holiday or living abroad… Three times a day – at 6:30am, 12pm and 5:30pm (AEST), our expert coaches and instructors are online and on your screen, taking you through a workout that will hone your body’s fitness and physical capabilities. You’ll build strength, develop mobility, increase flexibility and learn new skills – and all without leaving your house.

You’ll get stronger.
Gymnastics works almost every muscle in your body, especially in your arms, legs, back, shoulders, abs and back. You’ll quickly notice your muscles gaining tone and definition.
